1966-1971: Hungarian Academy of Arts and crafts. Painter and graphic artist. Since 1994, vice-president of the Hungarian Society of Illustrators and a member of the Group Perspective. Lives in Budapest. Exhibits form 1966. From 1977 until 1992, was a graphic designer at Interpress Magazin. Depicts only human and equine figures in a static way, like a snapshot or frames from a comic book. He is well known for his hit-and-miss method, unpainted spots complete the painted surfaces to create the shapes. His works constitute series. From the mid 80's (Hanging pictures series) he made large-format images. The figures are painted in smaller, separate parts, and they are mounted together. The dynamic movements are roughly painted with rousing colors. In the 90's he furtherly developed this method, the rotated pieces are attached together. He uses vibrant colors, and mixes different painting techniques in each work.
