Éva Kárpáti


About Myself:

I graduated in 2007 at the Image graphics faculty of the Hungarian University of Fine arts. My works for the final exam were highly detailed images of forests - made with copper etching and aqua ink technique. This kind of imagery, which requires quiet, meditative mindset is still close to me. My more dinamic figurative works bear delicate, personal features, and there is an important realtion between figure and it's surroundings - with the help of this I try to reach their presumed or actual personality. Lately my interest turned to oil painting, currently i'am experiencing with this material. (Birthdate: 29.05.1982)
